Spider Week

I was excited to see so many children like spiders!
We are enjoying fiction and non fiction spider stories.

Writing using a thinking map.

This is our thinking map to organize our ideas about spiders.  We learned how to use the map to write sentences.
I am very pleased with how well the kindergarteners did with this lesson.

Transitional kinders loved the spider hats we made today!

A very generous family donated a new color printer for our classroom.
The children and I certainly appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Harper came to visit Grandma and Grandpa this weekend.  She loves her bath!
Three months old already!
